That means people now increasingly demanding more organic coffee in the place of non-organic coffee the traditional belief that coffee can rejuvenate our tired body in a minute has been changed. Now in the place of traditional coffee, we need organic coffee.

As w have seen, more people have shifted their preference from traditional foods to organic food due to health reason; so also more people for the same reason has switched to organic coffee in the place of traditional coffee. Now the organic coffee takers are paying more prices for their morning coffee. If you ask, why the price of the organic coffee is more than that of traditional coffee? The answer is very simple. It is due to the production process, the price of organic coffee is high.

The production process of the organic coffee is quite different that of traditional coffee. The organic coffee plants are grown under shade of the trees. It is done so to check soil contamination and maintain the soil quality. The traditional coffee is grown without   shades of the trees, with the help of fertilizer, pesticides and many other synthetic chemicals. The chemicals, fertilizer and pesticides not only declines the quality of the coffee, it also   spoils the soil.

Due to the combined effect of all those chemicals and fertilizer the taste of coffee declines and it also affects our health. Under organic coffee cultivation the numbers of trees are increased   to facilitate the living of more birds in the coffee plantation. Such birds kill all the insects of the plantation and thereby helping to produce quality coffee. Inn this way, the coffee producer will get rid of pests and pesticides will not be applied to coffee. In fine, we can say organic coffee is better and healthier for the consumer. And in near future the organic coffee trade is going to b very high.
